But who are the real heroes, and who are the Skrulls?

Secret Invasion is an 8 part series dealing with the invasion of the Skrulls. Skrulls are alien lifeforms who can take the form of any human, and lately they've been doing so with superheroes.

Secret Invasion #2 picks up the story and doesn't lose its pace. I love the plot; people posing as other people have always appealed to me. The choice of characters is excellent too. Between Luke Cage the Power-Man, Iron Fist, Hawkeye, Ronin, and Spiderman, you're sure to find a character you're familiar with. This story truly takes it to the next level. It's brother vs. brother in an epic struggle to find the imposters.

Will the world forever be changed by the Skrull Invasion? How many of our heroes are imposters? What happpens to the real heroes while the Skrulls are doing the impersonating?

Pick Up This Series To Find Out!

SPOILERS!
Here are some heroes/villians we already know are Skrulls:
Blackbolt
Dum Dum Dugan
Jarvis
Sue Storm
Captain Marvel
Yellowjacket
Elektra

What happened to the real people these Skrulls are impersonating?
WE DON'T KNOW!!!

Sithjeffhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04648184234874643930noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3663249125886552773.post-75917151327939606462008-05-09T13:00:00.000-07:002008-05-09T13:02:44.931-07:00Invincible Iron Man Issue #1 Review
Due to the release of the film "Iron Man", Marvel just released a new Iron Man series; "The Invincible Iron Man" on 5/7/08. I hope I'm the first to tell you that issue #1 great. From eye-catching cover art to an interesting story-line, this book is not at all a letdown.

We journey through Tony Stark's worst 5 nightmares, and we slowly see them come true. This leads into his hunt for the source behind an ultra-powerful suicide bombing. I won't say anymore, but I hope you'll pick up this book because it's pretty awesome, and is sure to give rise to a great new series.Sithjeffhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04648184234874643930noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3663249125886552773.post-15060455008883451462008-05-08T17:26:00.000-07:002008-05-08T17:27:44.513-07:00THE RED HULK!!!!!
Another new series to look out for is the brand spankin' new 2008 Hulk series, featuring none other than Red Hulk. It's a popular book, so it might be pretty hard to find. Issues 1-3 are already out, so go pick them up. There's plenty of Hulk-smashing action, and great artwork. So far, he's battled Iron Man, She Hulk, and the Abomination, and in Issue Four it's going to be Red Hulk vs. Original Green Hulk, so don't miss it! This is sure to be one of Marvel's best new comics of 2008.Sithjeffhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04648184234874643930noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3663249125886552773.post-66651704581620667462008-05-08T11:52:00.000-07:002008-05-08T12:25:33.805-07:00Series To Pick Up If you Haven't Already. Here are some suggestions of comic series to start following if you haven't already.

1) THOR

Who's in it?: The God of Thunder himself and all of his friends from Asgard.
What's the big deal?: First Off, there's some beautiful penciling done by Oliver Coipel and some extravagant inking done by Mark Morales. Any true comic fan knows good artwork when he sees it. In this fairly new series Thor is back from the dead and he battles some familiar adversaries such as The Destroyer, Loki, and Iron Man. I guarantee it'll keep you entertained.

2) The Amazing Spiderman

Who's in it?: Your Friendly Neighborhood Spiderman
What's the Big Deal?: Spidey's back in "A Brand New Day" after tragic events that took place in Back In Black and One More Day. The Amazing Spiderman series is a classic, and now he's back to his old crime-fighting ways.

3) Moon Knight

Who's in it?: Marc Spector, the Moon Knight, and all of his alter-egos.
What's the Big Deal?: Awesome artwork, and this twisted and bloody story of a man who gets his powers from a moon-god. It can be hard to follow at times, but the pieces always come together in an eerie manner.

-SithjeffSithjeffhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04648184234874643930noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3663249125886552773.post-5515246702573535092008-05-08T11:47:00.000-07:002008-05-08T12:25:14.960-07:00The PrefaceHere we go.
